What's the best mess kit for camping?

A mess kit is a set of cooking pots and pans that you use when you're "roughing it" out in the woods. It's generally just got the basics, and they're designed to be pretty durable and portable as opposed to making the best quality food. Also be aware that most mess kits don't have camping utensils or other basics of the kitchen, so you'll need to get those separately.

Coleman Aluminum Mess Kit - This one is just the basics, no frills. Some pots and a pan, so you should be able to cook up anything you need to. The biggest upside: it's extremely cheap, at only $6. You can get it online here.

Open Country Six Person Mess Set - This mess kit has a lot more pieces, because it's designed for six people, but it's still a little lower on the quality scale. It has the basic pots and pans you'll need to cook with, along with a plastic plate and cup for each person. It's also got a coffee percolator. It costs around $30 and you can get it online here

Coleman Stainless Steel 2-person Mess Kits - This is a 2-person kit, and it's a higher quality one. It comes with a cup and a dish for each person, a kettle, and a frying pan. The stainless steel is more durable and easier to clean off than some of the cheaper stuff. It costs around $25 and is available online here.

GSI Extreme Mess Kits - This is for if you want kitchen-quality pans or if you're doing something that might result in rough treatment of the equipment (climbing, using a canoe or kayak, etc.). It's got two pans, a bowl to eat out of and a cup, along with a little mesh bag to stuff them into when you want to carry them. They are stick-resistant and lightweight (the whole thing is around 13 ounces) so they can be used easily by hikers or backpackers. It's around $40 and available online here.
